For over 17 years, Saint-Gobain Glass Romania and Neomar Consulting have collaborated to conduct the Annual Customer Satisfaction Analysis Study.

The 2024 edition of this study continued the tradition, covering a representative sample of customers from 8 countries, including Romania. Essential information was collected rigorously and structuredly through interviews lasting approximately 20-30 minutes, conducted both by phone and online. These interviews covered a wide range of topics, including product range, loyalty level, sales teams’ performance, technical support, customer service quality, logistics efficiency, evaluation of company websites, effectiveness of promotional and informative materials, as well as the impact of marketing actions.

The results of this study are not just figures and statistics but provide Saint-Gobain Glass Romania’s management with a deep understanding of customer satisfaction levels and their needs. This constant evaluation tool of the company’s overall performance is an essential pillar in coordinating marketing and sales activities, offering valuable insights into customer perceptions and requirements.
