Neomar Consulting has recently completed the third annual edition of the customer satisfaction analysis study for the supplier Elis Pavaje. The study focused on gathering information from active and inactive B2B clients, as well as potential clients, alongside B2C customers. Over 350 telephone interviews were conducted to systematically collect valuable feedback from the four categories of respondents.

The aim of the study was to explore various aspects of customer experiences, assisting Elis Pavaje, one of the key players in the Romanian market, in obtaining deeper insights into the needs and preferences of customers for pavement systems and accessories. The annual research highlights the company’s commitment to improving customer satisfaction and excellence in service.
