The German company GEA Wesfalia, through its specialized division in providing centrifugal separation solutions (GEA Westfalia Separator Romania SRL) selected Neomar Consulting as a partner in order to conduct a customer satisfaction survey.
Global Study – implemented locally.
In Romania the study is implemented as part of a global study conducted by GEA Westfalia company in over 20 countries in which it operates.
A complete set of objectives.
The main objective of the study was to analyze complete the customer satisfaction level in relation to GEA performance. Among the issues examined in the study includes:
- The overall level of customer satisfaction in relation to GEA
- The main concepts which customers it associates with the GEA brand (position)
- The customers suggestions to improve the activity
- The level of customer satisfaction in relation to the company’s product range
- Positioning of the company / GEA products compared with its competitors
- The level of customer satisfaction in relation to technical assistance provided by GEA
- The main suggestions for improving customer-service activities provided by GEA
- The level of customer satisfaction in relation to certain aspects of the client service function (taking orders, complaints, issuing the sale documents, etc).
- The level of customer satisfaction in relation to advertising material or information received from GEA
- The level of customer satisfaction in relation to the company’s logistic services
- The level of satisfaction with the service activity / technical interventions / support
- The main customer suggestions for increasing / strengthening trade relations developed with GEA
In Romania, the implementation of the study is done through a call center owned by Neomar Consulting, through a team of interviewers with minimum 2 years experience in conducting studies and surveys on industrial segment.
