“Analiza pietei constructiilor din Romania” este probabil cel mai  cuprinzator raport existent pe piata, ce studiaza evolutia industriei constructiilor din Romania. O industrie ce depaseste valoarea de 20 miliarde de euro. Date actualizate la nivelul anului 2023!

Perioada 2024-2026 se anunta  plina de provocari pentru industria constructiilor din Romania. In anii anteriori (2020-2023) multi indicatori statistici au fost la maximul ultimilor 8-9 ani sau chiar a ultimei decade. Astfel:

  • salariul mediu net si consumul privat au fost in crestere
  • investitiile in infrastructură sunt in crestere
  • numarul de locuinte aflate in constructie sau finalizate in 2023 a fost mai scazut in raport cu valorile inregistrate in 2013-2022

Totusi, desi unele perspective sunt pozitive, exista si numeroase bariere in calea dezvoltarii acestei industrii.  Scumpirile materiilor prime si a energiei, inflatia, costurile mai mari de finantare au franat puternic piata constructiilor rezidentiale. Prin urmare 2024 este un an plin de provocari. Pentru o mai buna transparenta, este important sa avem o privire de ansamblu si sa luam unele decizii intr-un context mai larg.
