Velux Romania, the leader on romanian market for roof windows and a traditional client of Neomar Consulting, has conducted through our company a Mystery Shopping survey with the following parameters:

  • 45 roof windows dealers were approached
  • One scenario
  • Face-to-face approach in which a trained mystery shopper visits the showroom (the dealer’s showroom during its normal schedule)

After the study interesting findings yielded on ways to improve services and to promote trade for VELUX roof windows.

Individuals opinion related to masonry materials.

181013031028At the request of a manufacturer for masonry materials, Neomar Consulting conducted during September 2015 a survey targeting preferences of individuals in relation to constructive solutions available for building a wall.   The following categories were studied:

  1. Building materials customers for new households– individuals who have built in the last 2 years a house with the help of a contractor or on its own (without a contract, directly involved in the acquisition process).
  2. New household indirect buyers  – individuals who have purchased in the last 2 years a new home done by a real estate developer (in the form of an apartment or a house in duplex / triplex / row)

Objectives of the study aimed to identify preferences, perceptions in relation to known masonry materials (concrete, ceramic blocks, concrete, wood) and customer purchasing decisions taken based on these preferences regarding the acquisition or construction of a building.

Kaeser Kompressoren Romania – a new customer satisfaction survey

Kaeser-DSDX302-Air-CompressorKaeser Kompressoren Romania, the leader on romanian market for compressed air systems solutions continued its series of collaborations with Neomar Consulting in 2015 by conducting annual customer satisfaction survey. The research was conducted 100% online, on a representative sample of the company’s clients and using a methodology specially adapted by Neomar Consulting. The response rate to the questionnaire exceeded 40%, allowing the customer a real efficiency of this project in terms of budget and informations collected.
