Kaeser Kompressoren, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of products and services in the field of air compressors, celebrates 100 years of tradition in this field, but keeping the proportions, we can consider also a tradition continuation of collaboration with Neomar Consulting, during 2013 -2019, because this year we have also conducted a new customer satisfaction survey.
The research was conducted 100% online on a sample of over 400 clients of the company and using a methodology specifically adapted by Neomar Consulting. The response rate to the questionnaire reached 26%, allowing for effective implementation of this project in terms of budget and information gathered.
